What is your return policy?
Though we hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we understand not everything will be the perfect fit. If something’s not right, items may be returned within 30 days from delivery. We accept returns for all items that are new, unused and with all product & price tags still attached.
To start your return, please reach out to us at support@birdieandace.com and we’ll provide you with a return label. Please make sure to include the packing slip in your return. Once the item is received, you will receive a refund for the original purchase in the original form of payment minus a $6 flat rate for return shipping.
Birdie & Ace reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
How does the exchange process work?
If you are interested in a different size or color, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want before returning your original order to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once the order is placed, please reach out to us at support@birdieandace.com indicating your new exchange order and we will send you a prepaid return label for the original item. Once the original item is returned successfully, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the original item. Please note that if an exchange is made, no return shipping will be charged.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are dependent upon bank processing times. We estimate that you will receive your return refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after your return is received.
